In 2018 Lyudinovokabel celebrates its 25th anniversary. For a quarter of a century the company has gone a long way from small production to a modern enterprise, one of the ten largest manufacturers of cable and wire products in Russia.
The Kaluga region has expanded supplies to the EU countries - isolated wires produced by Lyudinovokabel are now used in Lithuania. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Kaluga region noted the enterprise's contribution to the region's economy. For a quarter of a century the company has gone a long way from small production to a modern large enterprise, whose products are used both in our country and abroad.
"25 years ago there was no production of cable in Lyudinov, 25 years ago there were only five people in the company ... The company started with five people and one unit of equipment. Of course, what we have created today is made thanks to those people, employees who work in the company today ", - emphasizes the general director of JSC" Lyudinovokabel "Sergey Zinukov.
To date, the plant employs over 500 people. Its material base is more than 100 units of equipment. Sergei Lavrenov works as a toolmaker for 19 years, during the work there were difficulties, but the plant overcame them with ease and to this day gives light to the country.
"I want to express gratitude to the plant for helping us, we can say, to survive in the difficult 90-ies. The city is held by us in such enterprises as this, "- Sergey Lavrenov, one of his employees, shares his attitude to Lyudinovokabel.
In honor of the 25th anniversary, factory workers were given a festive concert and rewarded for their excellent work. On behalf of the head of the region factory workers welcomed the deputy governor of the Kaluga region Vladimir Popov.
The company's management does not intend to stop at what has already been achieved, already now the employees are working on new products for the electric economy - wires that allow doubling the capacity of the line without changing the wires for the wires.
