A 500 kV Power Transmission Line Using Lyudinovokabel Conductors Commissioned in Primorye

14 April 2026
A 500 kV trunk power transmission line, Primorskaya GRES — Varyag, has been commissioned in the Primorsky Krai. The project is one of the key milestones in the development of the Far Eastern energy infrastructure and was implemented as part of a program to increase the capacity of the regional power system.

The total length of the line is 500 km, and approximately 4,500 km of conductor was used in its construction. The scale of the project required advanced technological solutions and the involvement of a reliable manufacturer of cable and wire products.

In particular, the project utilized the SENILEK AT1P/S 300/39 bare conductor developed by Lyudinovokabel. This conductor features high mechanical strength, resistance to external воздействия, and improved current-carrying characteristics, which are especially important for operation in the region’s harsh климатические условия.

The use of this type of conductor made it possible to improve the project’s efficiency, including increasing the فاصلة between towers and reducing construction costs.

As noted by Development Director Sergey Romanov of Lyudinovokabel, participation in such projects confirms the demand for the company’s solutions both in the construction of new infrastructure and in the modernization of existing facilities.

Lyudinovokabel continues to develop its range of bare conductors for overhead power lines and to introduce modern solutions for the energy sector.

The company will take part in Cabex 2027, where it will present solutions for various industries.
