U-Technology Group на Cabex-2026

At the upcoming Cabex-2026 exhibition, U-Technology Group will showcase two booths featuring solutions for the cable industry. Visitors are invited to booths C247 (in partnership with Handing) and C231 (in partnership with Honta), where company representatives will be ready to discuss various stages of cable production.

U-Technology Group is the official representative of Handing and Honta in Russia.

At booth C247, in collaboration with Handing, a wide range of equipment for cable production will be presented:

✅ Extrusion lines for manufacturing power, control, and specialized cables, ensuring high productivity, quality, and precision.

✅ Twisting machines (single/double twists) that provide stability and accuracy for twisting insulated and uninsulated conductors.

✅ Tape-laying machines for applying insulation layers made of mica, paper, fire-resistant paper, polyester tape, nonwoven materials, fiberglass, semiconductive fabric, aluminum foil, and more.

✅ Armoring lines for applying protective steel layers over the cable sheath.

✅ Coiling and packaging machines for forming and packing cable reels.

✅ Additional equipment (braiding machines, stranding machines, dispensers, receivers, talc applicators).

At booth C231, U-Technology Group, together with Honta, will present equipment for drawing copper and aluminum wire. Solutions for coarse, medium, and fine wire drawing will be demonstrated, ensuring high wire strength and precision for further use in cables:

✅ Coarse wire drawing machines with a range from Ø 8 mm to Ø 1.2–4 mm.

✅ Medium wire drawing machines from Ø 3.5 mm to Ø 0.4–1.6 mm.

✅ Fine and ultra-fine wire drawing machines from Ø 0.055 mm to Ø 0.02–0.06 mm.

✅ Multidrawers for simultaneous drawing of multiple wires, typically 8, 16, or 24 heads, with a drawing range from Ø 1.5–2.0 mm to Ø 0.10–0.55 mm.

✅ Annealing units to improve the mechanical properties of conductors through heat treatment.

✅ Drum filters for wire-drawing emulsion to clean the cooling and lubricating fluid.

Special attention will be given to the high-speed F630 double-twist machine, which will be demonstrated live at the exhibition and will be one of the highlights of the show.

The F630 double-twist machine is innovative equipment distinguished by its high operational speed and twisting precision. It can operate at a maximum speed of 3000 rpm, with a working speed of 2800 rpm, making it one of the fastest twisting machines in its class.

Key features of the machine:

⚒️ Metal frame construction with an arch made of carbon fiber, providing high dynamic balance and aerodynamics.

⚒️ Spindle rotation bearing with temperature control and vibration detection, significantly increasing reliability and durability.

⚒️ Electronic control of lay step, with all parameters adjustable via the control panel.

⚒️ Automatic tension control during operation.

⚒️ Laser wire layout ensuring precision at every stage of twisting.
